[Lens] v8 eui theme adjustments

This is a list of issues we observed in Lens that will hopefully be fixed with eui upstream changes. The issue's purpose is to track the progress. (originally part of this issue)

labels slowly show up in Safari (occurs in EUI too)

• submitted an issue: [EuiPopover] After opening a popover, EuiButtonGroup labels appear with delay in Safari eui#4717 - replaced by [EuiPopover] Some contents blinks in Safari eui#4534

Color of ghost in drag and drop is blue, not black

Using $euiFocusRingColor, but it seems to resolve to the wrong one
