Launch Dashboard, use keyboard navigation to select and edit an existing dashboard, continue using keyboard navigation to get to the "Options" control. Press "Enter", the Options dialog is displayed but can not use keyboard navigation only to select either of the controls in the Options dialog.

Going to close now because this will be fixed with the next EUI upgrade thanks to elastic/eui#4551
