[Maps] Selecting EMS basemap does not populate input

Describe the bug:
When adding an EMS basemap layer, upon selecting any of the Tile service dropdowns, the option is reflected in the map but not in the input element.

Note: This does not affect the map functionality

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a new map.
2. Click Add layer, then EMS basemap
3. Notice the input for Tile service is empty
4. Select any of the items from the dropdown
5. Notice the option is not populated in the input element

Expected behavior:
The selected option for Tile service should be updated in the input element.

Looks to also happen with Configured GeoJSON layers when selecting Vector layer.
