Console Autocomplete Overrides for 7.12

This PR is to update the autocomplete suggestions for new API endpoints and parameters introduced in 7.12.

I am going to go ahead and close this. The majority of the console autocomplete definitions were added in #90904 with the exception of one PUT Logstash Pipeline API that did not have the parameters outlined in the documentation. elastic/elasticsearch#69148 was created to add the documentation for the parameters but that issue has been pushed to 7.13 instead of 7.12. As far as all autocomplete definitions for 7.12 goes, they are done. We will catch that final endpoint when we generate the definitions for 7.13 when we are cuting that release.
