Summary of Exploration or Proposed Change

The proposed change is to change the default of the "Full page layout" option to be set to "true" so that by default Canvas workpad pdfs will be generated without any border or margin. The reason this is potentially a "breaking change" and not modified sooner is that there were concerns around modifying a pretty important user-facing default in a minor release.

Should be a quick and easy change: change default to true instead of false and ensure that both the "Generate PDF" and "Copy POST URL" options update accordingly
