Support labels for index pattern

Hi,

I would like to ask for the following feature that I think could be helpful when dealing with many indices:

At the moment I have to create an index pattern and will be selecting the index pattern for each search/visualization. As index pattern can be quite cryptic I would like to add a label to the pattern so that I can give a short description for the pattern. Not using the index pattern as id would also enable to create the same pattern twice, once with a time field and once without (see also #8748) what currently aint possible as the pattern will be overwritten when created again.
