Kibana version:
7.11 branch running locally

Elasticsearch version:
7.10.1

Browser version:
Chrome Version 87.0.4280.88 (Official Build) (x86_64) on Mac

Describe the bug:

  1. The header of the waterfall view is showing tabs (overview, certificates, settings) that are not relevant to the view and therefore should not be there.
  2. The step and check navigation are very hard to use on smaller screens.

It looks like this is similar to #85826 where those top navigations are not relevant at the level drilled into
