[Time to Visualize] Editing Visualization by Value Breaks Visualize Link

Kibana version: Master with allowByValueEmbeddables set to true

Describe the bug:
If you edit a 'by value' visualization (not lens). The Visualize link on the side bar will be broken until you get back to the app by editing another different visualization.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a by value visualization, like a Horizontal Bar Graph, on a dashboard
2. Edit that by value visualization.
3. Navigate to any other app.
4. Expand the side bar and attempt to navigate to Visualize. You should be redirected back to where you started.

Expected behavior:
If the visualize app can't load a by value visualization, it should redirect to the visualization landing page.
