Kibana version:
master

Describe the bug:
Unable to page connector list

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Create > 10 connectors
  2. Click "Next Page" or page number to try to see 2nd page of connectors. Notice it doesn't move to the next page.

Expected behavior:
Should be able to page to next page
