Kibana version: master

Describe the bug: Opening a dimension flyout causes the chart (and preview of the current chart in the suggestion bar) to re-render

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Go to Lens
  2. Configure chart
  3. Open flyout
  4. Observe two search requests

Expected behavior:
No request should be sent out

Any additional context:
Might be related to #82455 - it seems like some hook is triggered too often.
