Describe the feature: Would be nice to be able to see, or even filter on alerts which are disabled or muted.
Right now you have to click the menu for each alert to check if it's disabled or muted.

Alert 1 is disabled:

This seems like (pretty much) a DUP of #80310

This issue also mentions filtering on muted/enabled, which is not covered by #80310, so perhaps we could change this issue to just cover that aspect.
