[APM] Service name being overlapped on small screen

Because the service name doesn't have a fixed width, it ended up being overlapped by the other columns.

Also on mobile view, the design isn't the best.

@formgeist how do you think we should deal with smaller screens?

I wonder if we could collapse the environments into a "..." button with a popover and give the service a names ellipsis overflow at small widths.

Okay, I guess it's only partially solved:

• The mobile view looks fixed in that it doesn't stretch the logos.
• The service name doesn't seem to overlap anymore but it's still truncated as the first column which I guess is the issue now? In that case the title/description should be updated
