Describe the feature:
We would like to be able to move in the graph X seconds/minutes/hours/... by dragging the mouse inside the graph left our right
Describe a specific use case for the feature:
Sometimes, when you are looking at a time serie in a short time range, it would be great to be able to move right or left and view the next points of the graph. Let's say you have a graph with X= Time, Y= Temperature and you want to navigate the graph without having to change the time range manually each time you want to see the next 5 minutes of the serie for example.

This functionnality is also missing in grafana (for the record)

I'll label this as purely datavis for now, since this seems to be more of an discuss topic for now and I think once we would have ideas and plans (and implementations in elastic-chart) we can move that to kibana app.
