Kibana version: Master (7.10)
Browser version: Chrome 85
Browser OS version: Mac OS 10.15.6

If a user has highlighted text somewhere within the fields panel, then tries to drag a field, the image behind the cursor (being dragged) is that of the highlighted UI not just the field.
