Allow for configuration of logging to go to syslog

In a similar configuration method to elasticsearch, there should be a configuration to send the logs to syslog, and to mange the format of the log lines.

Given that kibana is often used as a visualization tool to a syslog stream, it seems short sighted to not be able to send the kibana logs to syslog.
