Dev tools does not have auto-completion for the new _data_stream API #73803

Kibana version: 7.9.0-SNAPSHOT

Elasticsearch version: 7.9.0-SNAPSHOT

Original install method (e.g. download page, yum, from source, etc.): Docker

Describe the bug:
No auto-completion for the new Elasticsearch data stream API.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. In Kibana, go to Stack Management --> Dev Tools
  2. Enter GET _data_
  3. Press ctrl-space

Expected behavior:
There should be auto-completion popup for the new data stream API.
