Kibana version:

7.9

Describe the bug:

If a user doesn't have any APM services installed and navigates to APM via the home page, they can't use browser navigation to go back to the home page. Maybe an issue with history?

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Navigate to APM via the link on the Kibana home page

  1. Use browser to navigate back from this page. Browser refreshes current page instead

This is a bug caused by this change #71464. More specific this line
https://github.com/elastic/kibana/blob/master/x-pack/plugins/apm/public/components/shared/DatePicker/index.tsx#L91-L93
