We need a way to users to discover and use Ingest Manager and Elastic Agent in our GA release. For our beta release, we added a banner inviting users to use our beta version #70384. For our GA release, we would like embed ingest manager into the add data tutorial pages where we offer compatible integrations. The integration should be at least beta or GA to be included. Also, the user should have the Basic license or higher to see the option.
We will continue to recommend Beats by default and Ingest manager will be the secondary option. Once we are confident that Elastic Agent offers GA integrations for the large majority of modules and Beats use cases, then we can recommend users to use Ingest Manager by default, and Beats would become the secondary option.

As an admin, I would like a way to discover and use Ingest Manager and Elastic Agent when adding data to the system for a data source that is compatible. I would like to be guided to Beats for data sources that are not compatible and when I don't have Basic license or higher.
