Some modules such as Apache have ingest pipelines in a yaml format. We currently only support the json format. We need to support both.

Steps to reproduce:
Try to install apache and see error:

This has already been implemented.

I assume the error above is a problem with the pipeline included in the apache package, see my comment here: #63726 (comment)
