Build: 18855
Elasticsearch version:
6.5.3
Server OS version:
4.15.0-91-generic #92-Ubuntu
Browser version:
Chrome Version 80.0.3987.149 (Official Build) (64-bit)
Microsoft Edge 44.17763.831.0
Firefox 74.0 (64)

Original install method (e.g. download page, yum, from source, etc.):
docker image
Describe the bug:
TypeError: t is undefined (http://myhost:5601/bundles/vendors.bundle.js:390)
Steps to reproduce:

  1. Set up packetbeat in docker image on same host
  2. set setup.dashboards.enabled: true
  3. navigate to [Packetbeat] Overview ECS dashboard

Expected behavior:
Dashboard works

All fine in kibana container, no errors.
