Add Kibana Plugin Installation Section for Files

Kibana has the ability to install plugin files from a local directory, however, there is no documentation here on how to do that.

In particular, users who need to download plugins offline (due to internet restrictions) and install them from a local directory, have no reference point for how to do this.
