Map Details Differ in Dashboard vs Visualization

Describe the bug:
Map in dashboard lacks detail/granularity when zoomed in

Steps to reproduce:

1. Install the eCommerce sample data set
2. Open a browser tab, navigate to the dashboard, scroll to the "Orders by Country" visualization and zoom to street level on some location
3. Open another browser tab, navigate to the maps tool, choose the "Orders by Country" map, and zoom to street level on the same location

Expected behavior:
Details of the map data should be equivalent.

tested in 7.6 from the cloud (azure) and docker image, and at master branch and all have the same behavior.

Looks like the map instantiation from the Dashboard is not passing the license parameter when requesting the style so EMS is returning the style limited up to zoom 10.

This appears to be a regression in 7.6. Looking to address in the next patch.
