Describe the bug:
With the change to 7.6 we set the bucket size for the inventory view to use metricset.period based on the metric. The problem is when you have a metricset.period set to 10 seconds there is a small window of time where you won't have data. This becomes painfully obvious in systems where Metricbeat has some latency in sending the data.

We should change the bucket size to never go below 60 seconds. This will ensure we have enough data points to aggregate the metrics.
