This was reported in #54283 but not fixed in #56336, so this is a follow-up issue:

  • Type in a message in the box under Stack Management > Kibana > Advanced Settings > Notifications > Custom banner notifications and press the Save button
  • Go to the service map
  • Press the Close button on the notification banner

The bottom of the map is now "cut off."

Things are corrected if the Refresh button is pressed or the window is resized, so this can be mitigated without a full page refresh.

This is probably still true but disappears with a reload and is rarely presented or noticed.
