Remove support for executing cURL commands in Console

I noticed recently in #52270 (comment) that Console lets you paste cURL commands directly into it and execute them without reformatting them into the typical Console request format. This is documented but per my comment I am not sure how widely this is used. I'm creating this issue as an opportunity for people to voice support for this feature. Otherwise I'm included to remove it to reduce maintenance overhead.

I confirmed that the "Elasticsearch Engineer I" course briefly mentions this "feature", so if we remove it then we need to sync with the Training folks.

I didn't know about this feature. If I did I would use it a lot. I remember I use to paste the curl in DevTools, but that was in an earlier version where this feature wasn't supported so I stopped doing so.
