Kibana version: 7.5-BC3
Browser version: Chome Version 78.0.3904.70 (Official Build) (64-bit)
Browser OS version: macOS Mojave
Original install method: Elastic Cloud

Describe the bug:

Clicking Add filter flashes the field selection list at 0,0 when first opening the popover. May need to click field selection and close popover to first reproduce, but will continue to be an issue after that.

In Discover:

add_filter_flashes_selection_list

In SIEM:

timeline_add_filter_flashes_select_list

Couldn't reproduce in master (local) or on 7.8 (cloud).
Can reproduce in 7.6 (on cloud).
Closing the issue.

@patrykkopycinski @timroes any clue which PR fixed this?
