[Maps] Add ability to disable zooming for embeddable Maps

Describe the feature:
We want to use maps in Uptime maps, we want to display points as dots using a rest API source.Please add capability to use rest api endpoint as source. Also we don't need zooming so add a prop to disable zooming.
Describe a specific use case for the feature:
We will be using those capabilities in Uptime monitor details page. #44550

Updated title to scope this issue. After discussion, we decided to use the GeoJsonSource to inject custom data. This removed the need for having a dedicated source in Maps for the Uptime rest-endpoint.
