Related to #45631

Description

Currently we can only use .kibana* indexes with saved object, according to @mattapperson we can add other indexes like it was done for BeatsCM

New index must be added here: https://github.com/elastic/elasticsearch/blob/11d4a6585307361cd9acb7ff5f0caae38ea602f0/x-pack/plugin/core/src/main/java/org/elasticsearch/xpack/core/security/authz/store/ReservedRolesStore.java#L120
