I see following warning when run bin/kibana --dev. What I do wrong?

server    log   [15:29:43.933] [warning][plugins] ENOENT: Unable to scan non-existent directory for plugins "/Users/sergey/workspace/sonenko/kibana/installedPlugins"

@sonenko you're not doing anything wrong, the folder just doesn't exist unless plugins are installed. #4611 adds this file to the project
