New use case for Kibana 4

I need a bar graph or any graph for risk analysis ,its like this threshold value exceeded then from that very point color of the graph should change. for example the threshold value is 4.6 then in y axis when 4.6 is reached the color should change to red . Before this color is green n after this color should change to red so that i can see threat is reached to what level. This isnt an issue but this is my use case. Is it possible in Kibana 4 ??
