Continuous position switch of filters

Elasticsearch version: 7.3.0

Server OS version: Ubuntu 18.04.3

Browser version: Firefox 68.0.2

Original install method (e.g. download page, yum, from source, etc.): apt (dpkg)

Describe the bug: Bug is shown in the gifs - maybe so redirect stuff?

Steps to reproduce:

We're affected by the same issue, Firefox 68.0.2 on Linux (Ubuntu 19.04) and Windows 10.

We are also affected on Version 7.3.0. Firefox Version does not seem to matter (68.0.1, 68.0.2)
Chromium (Version 76.0.3809.100) is not affected.

Version 7.2.0 is not affected by this bug.

Add atleast 2 or more filters.

Disco filters have been fixed via #41999 and will be patched in 7.3.1. As a workaround till upgrade, you can use any other browser than Firefox, since this bug only occurs in Firefox.
