Table "Rows per page" Navigation

Steps to reproduce (assumes NVDA or JAWS Screen Reader or similar)

NVDA Screen Reader is a free Screen Reader which can be downloaded from the NV Access Website
Deque has a page of shortcuts for help on using NVDA as well as a Quick Reference Guide for using NVDA

1. Launch NVDA from the workstation
2. Open the uptime page in the browse.
3. Navigate to the "Rows per page" control in the "Monitor status" table (or the "Error list" table as it has the same control)



Actual Result

1. While the control is "collapsed" NVDA reads:
   Rows per page 10 button
2. When the control is expanded as each button is selected, NVDA reads:
   Button X rows

Expected Result

1. NVDA should read:
   Select rows per page. Current value 10 rows per page
   This can be done by adding an "aria-label" attribute to the control
2. When the control is expanded as each button is selected, NVDA should read:
   Select X rows per page
