[ML] Anomaly in wrong position for population analysis where sum is zero

Stack version: 6.6.0

It may happen that an anomaly red dot is placed on the nearest data point, probably because the zero sum is not actually a data point i.e. it is missing; however, the actual anomaly might then be somewhere else actually. It is correctly reported in the anomaly table tough.
