Describe the feature:
Enable spark line capability as a feature in Kibana as was available in v3

Describe a specific use case for the feature:
The sparklines panel shows tiny time charts. The purpose of these is not to give an exact value, but rather to show the shape of the time series in a compact manner. An example below - showcasing the latest value in comparison with the overall trend given a certain timespan. Image referenced from here
