[InfraOps] Make error message for missing data on node detail pages more helpful #24493

When navigating to a node detail page for a node which is not represented in the data, a technical error message like the following is shown:

That message could be made more user-friendly by spelling out what that means and maybe link to the relevant "add data" tutorials like we do for the empty waffle map and logging ui.

I just want to add to this that "clicking the back button" doesn't actually do anything when coming from another app, say APM. Kibana Angular kills the history or at least intervenes with it enough that you have to go two steps back in the browser to reach your previous view.
