Describe the bug:
Occasionally, the autocomplete suggestions in Console are duplicated.

These seem "duplicated" only because somehow its processing the script processor autocomplete items and also the global "script" items https://github.com/elastic/kibana/blob/main/src/plugins/console/server/lib/spec_definitions/js/globals.ts#L55 I think the global ones shouldnt be shown, but unsure where that happens. Will keep investigating 👀
