Steps:

  1. install sample web logs
  2. create new dashboard
  3. Click "Add panel" and select "links". Add link to "[Logs] Web Traffic" dashboard, click "Save to library" and click save.
  4. Navigate to dashboard listing page
  5. Click "Continue editing" under "New dashboard".
  6. Notice how links panel is empty and does not show any links.

Caused by #198853
