filtering on other term does not work outside of vislib

Create metric visualization, use terms aggregation for the split and enable other bucket. Clicking on the other bucket will not produce the correct filter.

Same happens anywhere that we are not using Tabify with responses wrapped as AggConfigResults.

The problem is that we loose the filter information in the basic tabify version. Filters for the other bucket are created when data is received, as opposed to other filters which are produced at the time when you click a data point.
