[Reports] Prebuilt PDF Reports

Describe the feature:
When it comes to PDF reporting, it's not great #175654 (comment).
There should be a way to pull prebuilt PDF Reports from Elastic.
These prebuilt reports can be part of assets included in Elastic Integrations or Elastic products like Beats.

For example,

"Top 20 Hosts by CPU Utilization",
"All Active Alerts in the last 24 hours",
"Inactive Fleet Agents"
"Asset Inventory"

The reports should use table format to be clear and concise
These reports would provide better visibility of Elastic and provide it in a business format.

We want prebuilt reports like this:

Describe a specific use case for the feature:
Our team wants business reports to be easily generated to help provide important information to executive leadership.
They don't want canvas, visualization, or dashboard PDF reports; they want pure data. Having prebuilt reports will allow users to get the same information as others.

Our needs extend beyond CSV Reports..

There are currently no plans to extend Reporting templates or other reporting feature enhancements that do not directly contribute to the reduction of bugs or SDH burden. The reporting services are undergoing a reorganization, and feature work will be considered again when that transition completes.
