Steps

  1. create new dashboard
  2. Click "Add panel"and select "Image".
  3. Select image and click "Save" in flyout.
  4. Save dashboard.
  5. Click "Edit image" in panel context menu. Change "Fill mode" and click "Save" in flyout
  6. Click "Share" button in top nav. Notice how it does not open and the error below is displayed

Removing "v8.14.0" and "regression" label, issue does not appear in 8.14.0 cloud instance.
