Describe the feature:

I've recently built a time series visual builder visulization and added machine leaning anomilies to the annotations. It would be great if the query string in the annotations could be dynamically updated when a specific item from the legeng is selected. As of now all the anomilies are show no mater what item is selected on the legend. Ideally it would show all anomilies when no specific item is selected in the legent and would show only anomilies pertaining to the legend item that is selected.

Closing this issue because this is supported in Lens visualizations with #119240 which is adding the final query-based methods of annotations in 8.5 (estimated).

Since this would require a large development effort to implement in Visualize/TSVB and our efforts are focused on extending the functionality of Lens in easy-to-use and consistent way. We aim to provide the best possible visualization editing experience in Lens and are working to improve that tool and help users migrate.
