Kibana version: 8.11.1

Browser version: chrome latest

Browser OS version: OS X

Original install method (e.g. download page, yum, from source, etc.): from staging

Describe the bug: Unable to fetch data because index not found error message on analytics map overflows the error panel.

Note the overflow is not specific to the Analytics map. For example starting / stopping jobs with long IDs:

Overflow of text in EuiToast titles has been fixed in elastic/eui#7568, which was in the v93.4.0 upgrade in v8.14.0.

The text now wraps in this toast e.g.:
