Kibana version: >=8.9

Describe the bug:
The Dashboard title no longer appears in the browser tab title.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Open a Dashboard
  2. Read the browser tab title

Expected behavior:
The Dashboard title should appear in the browser tab title.
