The Infra plugin has a Subscription Splash Allowed Content component that links to the License Management plugin.

We are adding a config that would allow disabling the License Management plugin, so this link might lead to a Not Found route in Kibana in that case.

Hey @neptunian / @smith - any idea of impact of not completing this work? Sounds like it might be a prerequisite for serverless but not sure I understand the issue well-enough to prioritise it right now.

@roshan-elastic looks like this only applies on log anomalies/categories pages.
