Coord Map Fit Data Bounds doesn't respect geo-filter

Kibana version: 6.0.0 (this is a regression since 5.6.3)

Elasticsearch version: 6.0.0

Server OS version: Ubuntu 14

Browser version: Chrome 62

Browser OS version: Windows 10

Original install method (e.g. download page, yum, from source, etc.): .deb in Ubuntu VM

Description of the problem including expected versus actual behavior:
The Fit Data Bounds icon seems to cause the map to resize to the size of the full data set and not the filtered result.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a Coordinate Map (Tile Map) that contains data points (I used makelogs)
2. Click the black square Draw a rectangle icon and draw a small box that only contains a small number of docs
3. click Fit Data Bounds icon.

• Expected Results: The map should zoom in to the area containing the data
• Actual Results: The map stays zoomed to the size of an area that contains all the data without the filter applied.

Note: When I use the timepicker and shrink my timespan down to a very short time which only contains a few docs that happen to fall in a small area, then I see the Fit Data Bounds does zoom in to higher zoom levels to fit the data. So the functionality of zooming in is working.
