[Visualizations] Agg-based and Lens embeddables different when the data view is missing #144197

When I was reviewing #143367 I noticed that agg-based visualizations provide a link to recreate the data view while Lens doesn't until you click into the editor. Do we care?

I think Lens is fine, we probably should remove that link completely because it is more confusing than helpful. You need to manually copy the id, then open advanced settings and paste it there to make it work and then there are still cases where it won't work (data view conflicts across spaces)
