Kibana version:
8.5.0-77585599 BC-1

Elasticsearch version:
8.5.0-77585599 BC-1

Server OS version:
MacOS Monterey

Browser version:
Google Chrome

Browser OS version:
MacOS

Original install method (e.g. download page, yum, from source, etc.):
Docker

Describe the bug:
When toggling the Alerts Overview table to fullscreen, the fullscreen mode of the table does not display correctly. Other elements on the page are being shown as overlapping the fullscreen mode of the Alerts Overview table.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Create an Alert: Navigate to /app/observability/alerts/rules;
  2. Press "Create Rule"
  3. Configure a rule in such a way that it triggers an alert
  4. Navigate to /app/observability/overview. The Alerts Table on the overview page should now show an alert.
  5. Press the "Fullscreen" button in the Alerts Table.

Expected behavior:
The Table displays fullscreen without issue.

Any additional context:

This bug has been fixed in [email protected]. It seems the build candidate uses [email protected] or lower.

This bug was already filed before: #140389.

That bug was closed when it was confirmed that upgrading to [email protected] fixed it and the EUI team stated that that made the feature freeze.

The Build Candidate however does show this same behavior, so it seems this fix has not made it in.

I'm going to close this since it's fixed on the main branch via the EUI upgrade and we have no plans to backport the EUI upgrade.
