Describe the feature:

It would be great to have an option to color the background of values (keywords) in table visualization like for Metrics.

Describe a specific use case for the feature:

For example you want to display the status of the field kubernetes.pod.status.ready (https://www.elastic.co/guide/en/beats/metricbeat/current/metricbeat-metricset-kubernetes-state_pod.html) with background colors this is not possible right now. So when the value is true make it green or when its false make it read.

We are working on allowing the users to color their visualizations by terms (keywords) and not only by the metric value (possible atm). We are currently on the design review. Here is the issue that we are tracking it #101942.

With that being said I am closing this as duplicate of the above.
