[Security Solution][Platform] Field options are not populated in edit rule page with data views #137113

When editing a rule that uses a data view, options that have suggested fields in the create rule page such as the query bar, "Group by" for threshold rules, "Fields" for new terms rules, etc, do not have suggested fields.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Create a rule that uses a data view
  2. Go to the "Edit rule" page for that rule
  3. Click on a field that should have suggested fields in a drop down. No options are available.

we have validated this issue on 8.4.0 BC1 and found the issue to be fixed ✔️ .
