Kibana version: 7.16.2

Elasticsearch version: 7.16.2

Server OS version: ESS

Original install method (e.g. download page, yum, from source, etc.): ESS

Describe the bug:

When changing a configuration in the Logstash centralized pipeline management one would expect that the version metadata field gets updated, instead it always sits at version 1.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Create a config in logstash centralized pipeline management
  2. GET .logstash/_search
  3. look at the version metadata
  4. Change the configuration
  5. Run step 2 and 3 again.

Expected behavior:

Version is updated if the pipeline is altered.
